根据香港法规条例，每年无论是否收到税表，都必须跟税务局进行税务申报，偷税漏税将承担刑事责任。新规要求报税时必须同时提交公司审计报告和税表，休止状态的公司除外，不再有零申报的情况。提醒广大香港公司及时进行审计和报税。

According to law regulation, whether you received tax form this year, must handle tax declaration to taxation bureau. Tax evasion will take criminal responsibility. Law require tax declaration must submit audit report and tax form at the same time. Kindly reminder to HongKong company that please handle audit report and tax declaration in time.
