New established company shall handle tax registration to Tax Bureau after get business license 30 days.

Legal basis：
According to Article 15 of the 2015 Revised 《Tax Collection and Administration Law of the People's Republic of China》
Article 15. Enterprise, branch organization which was set up by enterprise, and place where to engaged in producing and business, individual business and public institution who was engaged in producing and business. These people shall go to tax bureau with related documents to handle tax registration after get business license 30 days. Tax bureau shall handle tax registration for them and send tax registration certificate on this day when receive declaration.

Result：
Article 60. Taxer have one of following behaviours, tax bureau will order to make correct, can fine less than 2000yuan; If situation is serious, fined 2000-10000yuan:
(1) Don't declare handle tax registration, change or cancel registration within prescribed deadline.
(2) Don't setting up and maintaining account books, accounting vouchers, and related materials according to regulations.
(3) Failure to submit finanicial accounting system or finanicial accounting processing method, accounting software to tax authority for future reference in accordance with regulations.
(4) Failure to submit all bank accounts to tax authority in accordance with regulation.
(5) Failure to install and use tax-control device, or destroy by yourself, alter tax-control device according to regulation.
If enterprise have above behaviour or don't handle tax registration. tax bureau ordered to make correct; If don't amend, it will make punishment in accordance with related situation or revoked business license by Industrial and Business Adminstrative Department and Tax Authority.
