No. 52 Shareholders don't payment for capital contribution before prescribed dealine, company issued call for payment letter in written form to call for payment contributtion and indicate that call for capital contributtion grace period, grace period not less than 60 days after from issue call for payment letter. If shareholders don't take responsbility of capital contribution expire the grace period, company can issue lose equity notification in written form. Begaining from the notification issued date, the shareholder lost the equity what didn't payment for capital.
