公司吊销不等于注销，公司经营执照被吊销，但公司的主体资格依然存在，但经营资格已经取消。注销才是公司合法退出市场的唯一途径，所以公司被吊销还是要去注销的。

     即便是公司注销了，但如果委托办理的平台不正规，税务问题处理不干净，仍会被税务稽查，该有的处罚一个不会少。（如果有偷税漏税问题，税务机关是可以无限期追查的）
