个转企最新政策
1. 不用以往“先注销后新设”的登记程序，允许“个转企”通过“直接变更”的方式办理登记。
2. 企业可依法继续使用原个体工商户字号并保留行业特点。
3. 企业成立日期为原个体工商户设立登记日期、统一社会信用代码保持不变。
4. 2024年1月15日起施行

The latest policy for individual to enterprise conversion
1. Without the previous registration process of "cancellation before establishment", "individual to enterprise" registration can be processed through "direct change".
2. Enterprises may continue to use their original individual business name in accordance with the law while retaining industry characteristics.
3. The establishment date of the enterprise shall be the registration date of the original individual industrial and commercial household, and the unified social credit code shall remain unchanged.
4. Effective from January 15, 2024
