您好，请问在中国停留期间，签证破损、丢失了该怎么办？

根据《中华人民共和国出境入境管理法》第三十五条之规定，外国人入境后，所持的普通签证、停留居留证件损毁、遗失、被盗抢或者有符合国家规定的事由需要换发、补发的，应当按照规定向停留居留地县级以上地方人民政府公安机关出入境管理机构提出申请。

A
According to Article 35 of the Exit and Entry Administration Law of the People's Republic of China, if a foreigner's ordinary visa or residence permit is damaged, lost, stolen, or needs to be replaced or reissued due to reasons that comply with national regulations after entering the country, they shall apply to the exit and entry management agency of the public security organ of the local people's government at or above the county level in accordance with regulations.
